Delicious, steaming and generous portions of well made and complete dishes in this hidden gem of Kingston. While it may appear run down, behind the plastic containers and only take out service is a gentle and busy man who takes care into every dish made for my group of 5. Everybody left content after a ice chilled drink accompanying us on these hot summer days. Only negative was the price for bottled water.
Generously large portions, delicious food. Highly recommend combination C (chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken balls, egg roll ) and combo D (chop suey and sweet and sour chicken balls, egg roll). Very reasonable prices, friendly service and wait times for both pick up and delivery are very fair.
Would strongly recommend as a Chinese international student at Queen's. The food was far beyond my expectation as I never expect it to be that authentic, had already come to this place many times since Feb 2023 and will definitely continue to come here again in the future.
Best General Tso in Kingston! My choice for Chinese food year round. This is because they’re OPEN year round... unlike some other restaurants. Id give more than 5 stars if I could.
Well worth the wait for the whole order we made. The food arrived steaming hot and well prepared. Very generous and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again, when we arrive into town for our next appointments.
My friends and I wanted to order Chinese takeout and we were SO happy with our order from here. We ordered the family combo for 5, and the portions were huge! We had so much leftovers. The food was fresh, the honey garlic ribs were well marinated, and the chow mein was our favourite. The owner was very kind, and made our food in a decent time working by himself. I will be ordering again!
I really enjoyed my meal here. It was pretty cheap (12-15) and I only ate a little more than half my meal before I was full as portions are massive. The staff were friendly and the decorations were cute and cozy. Will definitely come here again as their menu is huge with many appealing options.
No part of this meal could be considered anything but exceptional. Portions, flavour, freshness and even the speed of service at a rush hour on a Saturday was on par. Everything was piping hot and sooooo good. I found them reading reviews on some of their competition that I've eaten at and I can honestly say I am not disappointed and would recommend them over everyone else here in Kingston for that Chinese Food satisfaction.
